The Trust is committed to protecting your privacy; the statement below describes how we collect and use information about people who visit or show interest in Turn End and those who visit our website.

The Trust collects personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, register with us, become a Friend of Turn End, make a donation to us or otherwise provide us with personal information. We may also receive information about you from other people so that we can contact you.

The personal information we collect may include name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and credit/debit card details, and we may also collect your opinions about our events or other Trust matters.

We will use your personal information to provide you with the information or products you have requested, for administration purposes (such as mailings to Friends about renewal reminders, contacting volunteers, etc) and to further our charitable aims. Your information is not shared with third parties.

We will use your personal information for our own marketing purposes unless you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted. The personal information that we hold about you is stored on spreadsheets, access to which is restricted to the Trustees, the Trust’s Treasurer and the Trust’s Events Coordinator. We will keep your personal information safe. We will also endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date. Retention

Your personal information is only kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used. If you have not had communication with the Trust for at least five years, we will delete your personal information.
